Replacing wheel bearing and hub assembly
Steering problem
2003 Hummer H2 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles
I need to replace the left front wheel bearing and hub assembly. I can not get the Brake caliper mount off to take off the brake rotor. The 2 bolts that hold the caliper came out with no problems. The 2 bolts that hold the brake caliper mount willnot budge. I have tried breaker bars and impact tools. Do I need to heat the bolts to get them free? Are they reversed thread?

Do not heat them! You will need a good impact gun or very large breaker bar. You could use a cheater pipe over the breaker bar for more leverage. Be sure you eat your wheaties!
