It is in the fuel tank. The tank can be lowered by first removing the shield, disconnecting lines, hoses, and electrical, and lowering, moving rearward as you go. It helps to tilt the rear of the tank down, and once you clear the axle, you can lower the front. If it has a decent amount of fuel, it also has a decent amount of weight and instability. It is not always possible, but draining the fuel is the best tip I can give.
