How to change the serpentine belt

I've changed a few belts in my time but this one got me stumped its in there tight. Looks like there should be a panel to be removed

You have to remove the right splash shield first. Also replace tensioner at same time tighten tensioner mounting bolt to 33 ft. Lb Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

When I come to a complete stop and then proceed to go again my truck drags like something is pulling could it be my serpentine belt I have been told that I would have to change the belt

Recommended blet and tensioner replacement is 60K so you are way overdue. But have it scanned for codes and check fuelpressure with a gauge first. Autoparts rent it.
