How to change the belts?

Ive never worked on German vehicles, so I'm a lil out of my league on this one. This car has 5 V-belts. Never seen so many, lol. The 2 that go around the fan and to the alternator, side by side, I cannot find a way to loosen them. I see no tensioner, nothing. I'm stumped. Please help!

Look closely at the alternator as it is the tensioner for the belts. If you cannot find it, take it to or call a speciality shop and have them do it

Sorry, it's not the alternator. It's the 2 that run the power steering pump.
