hi i have a buick regal ls 1999 with a v6 3800 series 2 engine and it wont start and has broken 3 starters and i have checked the engine to see if was locked up and its not and the flywheel is good also what could it be and how can i fix it?

One of 2 things is happening here. Either the ignition system is crossfiring from either from incorrect wire placement or a problem in the ignition system or the other possibility is that the engine is hydrolocking from coolant leaking into the cylinders. That engine had a known problem with bad intake manifolds leaking coolant into the cylinders. You would need to pressure test the cooling system to find out.
