Wont get any fire

1996 Honda Prelude 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual
my car will not startno frire from the plug wires i have changed almost everything i could think of changing coil,distributor,plug wires,plugs,computer,main relay.
its getting fuel its just not getting anything to the plugs.....

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,coil's resistances,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it.
