2003 Honda Pilot 2003 Pilot noise possibly from fan control

2003 Honda Pilot 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 56,000 miles
When I start my Pilot and the engine is cold there is a buzzing noise from near the fan. When I turn off the engine the noise continues for approximately 15 seconds. Only once the engine has warmed up will the noise disappear.
