1996 Honda Passport Fuel injector open circuit

1996 Honda Passport 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 170K miles
I have just replaced the valve cover gaskets and intake manifold gasket on this Honda Passport 3.2L V6. After putting the car back together everything we replaced is working fine, however the check engine light has now come on the engine has a miss and the code reader says it is due to a fuel injector open circuit in cyl 2. Any idea on a fix or troubleshoot for this problem?
