MOTOR BREAK IN?

I HAVE A B20 VTEC MOTOR, 98 CRV BOTTOM 95 SI HEAD, THAT I HAD REBUILT HOW SHOULD I BRAKE IN THE MOTOR TO GET THE RINGS TO SEAT THE BEST AND LONGEST LIFE? I'M USING SAME AFTERMARKET PISTONS, CAM SHAFTS, AND RODS NEW RINGS OFCOURSE. MOTOR HAD 35,000 PRIOR TO REBUILD.

If it was done right, I wouldn't worry about it, otherwise. Don't drive over 55 for about 500 miles to see if it's going to have a problem and no lead footing. Then change your oil to the recomended weight.
