brakes

i have a 2004 honda civic and had my front and rear brakes replaced. shoes and pads. the rear, after about 4000 miles sound terrible already. sound like a grounding noise. did they replace them wrong or what? could it be something else?

that is never a good sign, check each brake you have and measure the rotor and pad thickness of each one and post them here, also do you notice any grooves in the rotors?
