2009 Honda Fit 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 70000 miles

I was curious if it was possible to upgrade my 2009 Honda Fit with Navigation to use HD radio. My experience with working on cars is pretty low so i was curious how it would work since the head unit that is already installed controls the navigation as well as the current radio.
