Hi rudecliffy,

If coolant level is corret and overheating or high temperature readings occurs under high speed or load driving conditions, the cooling efficiency is poor. Most likely cause would be a partially clogged radiator or restricted coolant flow, possibly thermostat not opening sufficiently.

Missing could be due to bad spark plugs or wires.

Noise would be difficult to diagnose unless you are able to locate source.
