Honda Del Sol Check engine light Problem
1993 Honda Del Sol 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual
I just bought my car privatly and drove it for the ten day temp. without a hitch. I took t into a questionable mechanic and it has not worked properly sence. I candrive it for a few minutes then it boggs out when i come to a stop then i cant start it again for hours. also my radio stopped working but that may be none related.

Hi Geymonat,
When engne could not be started, does it cranks without firing up?
If yes, you might have a fault with the PGM-FI main relay which is known to frequently cause the symptoms described.

I checked the relay but not the problem. it does crank over and sputters but wont go all the way. I have stummped alot of people with this one:(

Does the Check Engine Light goes off after 2 seconds when ignition switch is turned ON?
