i have a 1991 crx d15 b2 i parked it bout 2 months ago and the fuel pump isent working was working fine when i parked it what u think could be wrong fuel pump does not even make a noise does it have a fuel saftey swith or reset somewhere

No there is no switch.
Check to see if it is getting power and ground, if it is, replace the pump.
