1987 Honda CRX running rough

I just bought an old CRX SI and I am trying to get it running right. It acts like its running on three cylinders. I have already changed cap, rotor, wires, and plugs. I have also tried to swap the injectors arround to see if the problem moved. It didn't. Does anyone know what I shoud check next?

While checking the compression I found an even more basic problem. The person who worked on the car before me put the plug wires in the wrong order. Compression was fine by the way. Thanks.
