Please help. Here's my history.

I have a 2003 Honda CRV manual trans.

The check engine light came on May 2008 and was intermittent but seemed to be related to getting gas, and no, I do not top off. At first, I thought I had just gotten a bad tank of gas. I was told to replace the gas cap because they were so "sensitive." I did that and it worked for a while, but the light would still go on and off intermittently after filling up.

I have my car serviced regularly at Scott Honda in West Chester, PA - supposedly one of the best dealers around, and I pay a lot of money to do this.

The car had a 75000 mile maintenance and State Inspection in August 2009. At that time the light had remained off for quite a while and frankly I forgot to mention it to them. They found no problems during that maintenance which did include a PA State inspection and presumably a thorough emissions test. In the fall 2009, the light came back on (just a little while after the maintenance) and stayed on for the most part, but the car ran fine the whole time.

In Feb 2010 (3 months ago) I had a full maintenance done (at Scott) and they "diagnosed" the check engine light problem with Codes P1166 and P0134. The O2 front sensor was replaced and $511 later (parts and labor for just that problem), the check engine light was finally off - for good I thought.

Last night, I got gas and the light came back on.

I am not happy and am reluctant to go back to the dealer.

Anyone have any advice?

Thank you for your help. I would donate to have my question answered more quickly if I had not already paid $511 to resolve this problem.
