1998 Honda CRV no fire to engine

I've replaced the distributer assembly still no fire. I belive the problem to be ecu at this point but still wonder if timinng belt could also cause this problem. Do you have any ideas on what to try now. Please help.

Hi Lance,

Check the Black/Yellow wire to distributor for power supply with ignition key on and while cranking. If power is available, you need to test the ignition coil.

If it is timing belt, remove the distributor cap and crank engine, the rotor should turn, no means the belt is broken.
