Trouble starting on warm days

Alright here is the situation, I have a 91 civic hatch back. It has 200 plus miles on it but the problem is.
I can start the car every morning with absolutely no difficulty at all but if it is a warm day out in the afternoon the car won't start, it cranks over very strong and has fire so the only thing I could come up with was no fuel. I have tracked the fuel and it comes all the way to the engine but for some reason isn't getting into the injectors? Any ideas?

I just had the same thing going on in my 91 Civic - I had it repaired and it was the fuel pump regulator.
