My civic will not start in the cold, and when it is wet outside, or I have just washed it. Besides the battery (mine is only 3 months old) and cables what can I check. The engine does not turn over at all, after a couple of tries none of the lights turn on. I also have a new alternator and distributer cap, and spark plugs. Any suggestions?
