Sprayer for windshield doesnt work

Yes it could be the pump especially if both sides don't spray. First of all ensure that you have fluid. Then I would look for the hose coming out of the resevoir and ensure that the line is free of any blockage. Any time you have a problem like this start at one end and work to the other end. Crap in the system will cause blockage. With the engine off and an assistant try to run the washers. See if the pump runs. Check fuses as well.
