You have an electrical issue. The heat of the warm vehicle and its components have caused a component's circuit to remain open because of expansion. Now what could cause this. Well, how about when the car is started cold and is running; are there any problems?

Engine turns over though but does not start when warm? If not, it could be a starter issue.
