Broken clutch cable
1988 honda civic 202,ooo mile it wont go in to gear wen the car is on only wen it off
i feelt the cable or i dont know what it was wen it broke
i tried put the car in gear with my hand moving the small arm the connects tthe cable th

If the cable is broken you need to replace it. The vehicle will move and function with out it but not well and no safety.
