Brake squeals in reverse
Honda civic 1993 137,000 miles. My brakes squeal only when I'm in reverse. It's been like this a while and getting worse. could this be something other than brake pads? Hope someone can help!

Front or rear squeal? It sounds like the wear indicator are rubbing which measn you need front pads.

it sounds like it's coming from the rear right side, when I'm backing up. It could be both sides, but it's definitely rear.

It sounds like you need to replece the rear brakes.
