HONDA CIVIC 2001, MILEAGE 65000, 1.7. THE PROBLEM WITH THE A/C IS THAT THE INSIDE FAN TURNS ON BUT THE OUTSIDERS LIKE THE COMPRESSOR, THE RADIATOR FAN AND THE CONDENSER DON'T. I'VE CHECKED EVERY BASICS BUT I DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG AND WITH THE BRAKE SYSTEM IS THAT THE SIGN BREAK STAYS ON IN THE CLUSTER SYSTEM, I'VE CHECKED FOR LEAKAGES, THE OIL AND THE PARKING BRAKE BUT IT'S FINE. ANY SUGGESTION OF WHAT COULD IT BE?
THANKS

I would check under the hood for relays and fuses on the components. The fans at the radiator can be hooked to a 12 volt source to be tested but I suspect they are fine. This could be a temp sensor that has failed.

The BRAKE system might just be telling you it has a bad bulb at the brake lights or the sensor on the hand brake could be bad or stuck.
