[code:1:84e704687a]i have a 92 honda civic which the engine cranks but it doesnt start. I checked the spark plug wires and the 2nd plug is covered with oil? How can I fix this problem so that my car can start?[/Code:1:84e704687a]

Not so fast. Check the plug wells to see if the sealing ring has failed and is letting oil in to the plug well.

Auxilary valve, if so equipped.

See if there is spark at the plugs, if not I would guess the distributor is bad( common on Hondas)
