2006 Honda Civic Repair Question

2006 Honda Civic - revs while at idle
About 2 weeks ago I noticed my Civic has begun to rev on a fairly consistent basis when I'm at traffic lights, stop signs, etc... It will rev up for about 6-8 seconds, holding a consistent rpm, and then drop back to normal idle for about 20-30 seconds. And then start up again. Any thoughts??

06 and do you have any lights on the dash? I could come up with a few things to look at but this should still be under warranty.
