1997 Honda Civic Repair Question

1997 Honda Civic Oil Leak
I just purchased a 1997 Honda Civic EX. Dealer said that they put in a used transmission. Drove the car 60 miles to get home and there is an oil leak. The oil is dark, where do you think this is coming from and should I be concerned? It was not a small amount of oil.

Oil leak should be checked ASAP
make sure you have enough oil and drive it to a near shop let them check it for you
you can not guess on an oil leak you need to check it
