Shakes or Wobbles problem
1996 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 199999 miles
when im traveling 65 to 70 mph my car shakes alot but when i decrease the mph to 60 it stops.my axle boots on both passenger and driver are torn i dont know if thats the problem or the tires arent balanced right

Hi there,
This will normally be a wheel balance issue, but i would also have the CV's look at as well as they will soon destroy themselves with torn boots and no grease.
