1994 Honda Civic Speedometer trouble

My speedometer bounces around from 0mph-140mph, sometimes it works correctly and sometimes it doesnt move at all it just stays on 0mph. When the speedometer doesnt work neither does the odometer. But the tach, temperature and gas work great all the time.

Check your VSS operate. There are known to corrode on top of the sensor and fail.

Could you possibly help explain where the vss is located or possibly a picture I have tried to look for it but I cant find it of if I have I didnt know really what I was looking at
