1993 honda cvic speedometer 165000 miles

My daughters 93 civic speedometer jumps around when speeds of 70+ are reached. any advice what the problem is?

Yes there is no reason to drive in excess of 70 anyway. :lol:

Check the VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) for possible replacement. Also, she may have a problem with the Cluster Module/Instrument Panel.

Worst case, the transmission is shot.

the speed sensor is prob bad, very common i would check that, its on top of the transmission.
