1993 Honda Civic timing/head

I need to know where to put the timing marks on the cam and the crankshfts for reinstallation of the timing belt. Also the torque specs on the head bolts, intake and cam bolts. The engine is a 1.5 single overhead cam 16 valve. Thank you!

Torque specs.

Camshaft bearing cap.
6 mm bolt - 108 inch.lbs. ( 12 n.m)
8 mm bolt - 16 ft.lbs. (22 n.m.)

Intake manifold to cylinder head nut - 17 ft.lbs ( 23 n.m.)

Cylinder head bolt -
D15B7 and D15B8
Stage 1 - 22 ft.lbs ( 30 n.m)
Stage 2 - 48 ft.lbs ( 65 n.m.)

D15Z1 and D16Z6
Stage 1 - 22 ft.lbs ( 30 n.m)
Stage 2 - 53 ft.lbs ( 73 n.m.)
