1993 Honda Civic inner tie rod end
do i need to take the boot off?? if so how do i with
out damaging boot.

Hi suspndr,
You mean the rack end?
Yes, you definitely need to take the bellow off.
Remove the clip by prying the 2 locking tabs open and pulling the centre locked portion out, the clip band would come loose. Outer end you need to release the spring circular clips.
Remember to replace rack end lock washer if the tabs are broken.
