Car stall on me

I have 91 honda accord se I notice my car burning a lot of gas latlely so I checked the the spark plugs and notice oil on my sparkplugs but I notice no lack in performance or no smoking but 3 weeks later my car cut off on me while I was on the freeway and it tried to crank it but it wouldnt until it cooled off then it crunk right up and its continues to do the same thing like let me drive for about 20 minutes and cut off, what is going on!

Oil on the plugs. Top side of the plugs? That would be a grommet on the valve cover leaking. Replace them, all of them. You might consider new plugs and wires as well and see where that takes you. Getting a check engine light?
