I drive a 1990 Honda Accord with about 145,000 miles. Some rust has started to develop above the rear wheels and on some other areas of the car. Other than spraying it off during the winter to remove salt, is there a product I can get to help?

There are lots of products that claim to help. But the really only way to fix it is to have the body work done. There is rust behind what you see showing through the paint. It is a cancer that will grow.
