Car Idles Too High!

My 1991 Honda Accord Ex coupe with 142500 mi and manual transmission has a problem. I just got through cleaning the throttle body and that was it and replaced the Idle Air Control valve and now it ildes too high. When it is cold or hot or with the a/c on or off, it ildes at 1500RPM respectably. What is the problem with this high ilde? Thank you.

When you cleaned the throttle body you probably removed a screw that is located around the throttle cable. That screw, not the allen adjustment on the linkage is the idle set. Check a maintenance manual for exact location.
