Bumpy engine idle, vaccum leak?

I have a honda accord 95'. It has a very loud and bumpy idle and low speeds, it also runs like crap with a/c on and often will stall at a stop with it on. Can this be a vaccum leak? And if so, where?

If the idle is screwy all the time warm and cold start with coolant level and bleed the system. Then if that does not take care of it check for vacuum leaks on the intake manifold and gasket. Smoke bomb in the intake will find the culprit.
