1994 Honda Accord Repair Question

94 (engine overheating)
94 Accord + Standard + LX
Engine runs hot(overheats) after 10 miles of driving. Turn on AC and both Fans run.
Replaced Radiator - When the runs, then the radiator pipe is hot.
Replaced radiator fan....then replaced A/C Fan. Both fans is good working order.
Fuses look good.
No smoke as of yet so I "Think" I don't have a head gasket problem.

Check the thermostat.
Check the coolant temp sensor.
Check the radiator cap.
Cheak the water pump.
