REMOVAL:
Remove and discard brake fluid from the master cylinder, as necessary.
Raise and support the vehicle safely. Remove the front tires.
Remove the brake hose bracket mounting bolt.
Remove the caliper flange bolt.
Pivot the caliper assembly up and out of the way. Remove the brake pads and shims.
Remove the pad retainers and check the caliper pins for free movement.
INSTALLATION:
Apply a thin coat of M-77 assembly paste part number o8798-9010 to the brake pad sides of the pad shims and the back of the brake pads, wipe excess paste off the shim.
Continue the installation in the reverse order of the removal procedure.
Check and refill the master cylinder, as necessary.
