When I start the car and put the transmission in D I get a jerk, when I start driving the others shifts are pretty good unless I have to stop quickly,
then a get a jerk again, the problem appears to be worse if I have a hi electrical demand (lights, A/C, etc.) Then the problem disappears after 15 or 20 mins of driving, and everything works perfectly until the next cold start. Also my dashboard lights always are flashing and if I put the turn lights my instrumen cluster go crazy the same is if I move the shift gear fron D to N or P.

I don't know what to think.

You have a poor electrical ground for your turn signals. I'd start with that first.

Your jerk when you put it into park are most likely one of two things:

Bad engine/transmission mounts
or
Your idle speed is set too high (may be a vacuum leak, or faulty IACV).

Goodluck and thank-you for your previous donation.
