2001 Honda Accord

My car is pulling to the right and is making a grinding/scraping noise when I turn the wheel going forward and backwards. It sound like the noise is coming from the front right side. What could be the problem?

Check WHEEL BEARING
Inspection
Wheel bearings require no adjustment. Bearings should be checked for excessive movement. Support vehicle, and remove wheel.
Install dial indicator with stem positioned on front hub surface. Move hub assembly in and out. Note reading. Movement should be 0-.002" (0-.05 mm). If movement is not as specified, replace bearing.

Also check front brake caliper's are not sticking
