2000 Honda Accord

When I am at Idle, the car makes a ticking type sound. Any ideas?

If it is extremlycold out it might be lack of lubricamt getting to the lifters. Check the oil level. If it is ok then you might have to go with lighter oil. On the other hand there could be a problem with the lifters themselves, but since this happens when at idle I suspect they are not getting enough lubricant.
