1999 Honda Accord Selector Knob

1999 Honda Accord 4Cyl.
Just a simple question: When I set the Knob selector in the "OFF" position, I can still air blowing, (a small amount of air, but still flowing).
Is this normal for this kind of cars, or I have a problem with my switch. How can I fix it, because It's not comfortable. I'll aprecciate your help

Hi there,

Under normal conditions the fan should be off and no air flow should be apparent, make sure that the system is set for inside are and if so and there is still flow, check for power at the fan motor, if there is let me know and I will check the schematics and let you know where to check for back voltage, if you can access the switch easily first try and unplug it to see if thats the problem.
