1999 Honda Accord RPM Limitations

1999 Honda Accord 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 118000 miles
In park, nuetral or drive/reverse, RPM won't go above 3500 RPM.
Can drive the car fine as long as the RPMs stay below 3500 RPM.

Hi cdiasmd,
You might have a problem with the Throttle Position sensor.
Is the Check Engine Light showing?
