1999 Honda Accord Rear Wheel Bearings

When I repleace the rear wheel bearings, do I need to get an alignment too? As I understand it, since this is a sealed unit I need to have the whole assembly replaced. One shop says I also need an alingment, and another shop says that I don't.

No alignment needed for just replacing the wheel bearing and hub
it is up to you if you like to have one done
but it is NOT needed just from replacing the bearing
