1999 Honda Accord EGR insufficient flow detected

I have had the EGR valve and solenoid replaced on this car at a seemingly reputable repair shop but after driving for about eight or nine miles the check engine light has come on again. I had the code read at at repair parts store and the code was the same.

What could be the most likely cause for this fault?

Hi jdavis2,

It could be the EGR valve is faulty again or the passage for the exhaust gas flow under the EGR valve is clogged.
