1999 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 188000 miles
At 1750 RPM's my car starts to buck or hesitate as if it is going to stall. As soon as I either accelerate or slow down a little the engine runs fine.

Hi sesmith7,
The EGR system is not woking properly and it could be due to the EGR valve and/or it passages being clogged or a faulty O2 sensor.
