1998 Honda Accord Insufficient EGR flow code p0401

Engine Mechanical problem
1998 Honda Accord 6 cyl Automatic 150000 miles

I have replaced the egr valve, and had it cleaned by 2 different mechanics, and my engine light is still on. is there any other reason that p0401 code will be on?

Hi showteam2008,

Check the vacumn lines and solenoid for the EGR valve. If it is partially clogged, wek vacvumn would cause it.

The rectification are as you have performed and if the vacumn lines are good, either the replaced EGR is bad or the cleaning is still not good.
