Gurring noise in park

1998 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 125,00 miles
Hi
My cars tranny shifts fine,but when I put it into park I get a weird hollow gurring noise.As soon as I put back into gear it's fine...any ideas?.
Fluids are full and clean.
