Engine Cooling problem
1998 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 135.63 miles

My car tends to run hot whenever it is in park and idling but thats the only time it will run hot. Checked the water level and needed to replace the fluids. Could this be a sign that I need to replace the heads?
Just recently replaced both fans and the thermostat, or would I need to replace the temperture sensor or fan sensor?

Could be air in the cooling system try bleeding it if not could be the radiator clogged or the water pump is defective-continues to overheat get it block and pressure tested.
