1997 Honda Accord Water Leak

1997 Honda Accord 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 131000 miles
In heavy rain water starts dripping from under the dash board at passenger side. There is a small nosel from it and goes till back passanger seat.

Sounds like a plugged vent. Under the hood on the passenger side under the car there should be a tube that attaches to the vent. I believe there is also one to the A/C unit as well.
